Nancy Stinard began her real estate career in March, 2001 with CENTURY 21 Double H Realty. She became Relocation Director in 2003, and has been the Primary Broker since March, 2005. Nancy purchased the brokerage in January 2006 and renamed it Stinard & Associates. Prior to real estate, Nancy worked in the telecommunications industry for several years specializing in marketing, technology, and customer service, which included several management positions requiring travel throughout the United States and Europe. She holds the Accredited Buyers Representative designation, VIP Sales Specialist, and VIP Relocation Director. Nancy is married to Bruce Stinard and has one son, Alex, who is studying at WVU. She is on the Board of Directors for the Harrison County United Way and the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, serving as the Chairperson for the Ambassadors Committee.

Jean Hollandsworth entered the real estate business in 1975 and was the primary Broker and owner of a CENTURY 21 franchise from 1985 to 2006. She no longer actively sells real estate, and uses her extensive real estate knowledge as the instructor for the Clarksburg Real Estate Training Center. Jean studied real estate at Salem Tekyo University and holds the ABRM, CRB, and GRI designations. She has been active with the West Virginia Association of REALTORS in committee work involving Equal Opportunity, Fair Housing, Ethics, Grievance, Professional Standards, and Education for several years.

After relocating to WV, she attended West Virginia Business College and obtained a degree in Paralegal law. Before joining Century 21 – Stinard and Associates, Betty worked as a freelance Real Estate Paralegal for various attorneys. Helen was born and raised in Harrison County, and graduated from Fairmont State College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.   She was employed in a neurology office for 10 years prior to entering the field of management as the Tax & License Manager for the City of Bridgeport.  Helen is a member of Enon Baptist Church and a member of the Salem Chamber of Commerce. She is the mother of three daughters, Sabrina, a pharmacist, and Laura, a journalist.  The youngest, Ellie, resides at home with Helen and her husband, Lonzo, in Clarksburg.
